If the builder continues into the production phases…on multi-unit tract housing and condominium projects…without a completely accurate set of plans…the city building inspectors eventually become frustrated and could even stop the work until a revised set of plans is approved by the building department.

Frustrated city building inspectors do not cooperate with the jobsite superintendents…refusing to come out for re-inspections a second time on the same day…or to rearrange their inspection schedules to accommodate the superintendents and subcontractors.
